Smoking is not allowed (Must comply with "Florida Clean Air Act")
We cannot accommodate guest pets (Due to allergies to pets by many people.)
Limitations on children staying (We cater mostly to couples for get aways.)
No childcare is provided
Deposit amount required: Deposit is one nights rent or 50% of total stay due within 7 days of making a reservation.)
Cancellations: Deposit is refundable less a $20 handling fee if cancelled within 7 days of proposed stay. Balance paid upon arrival.
